This week, at work, you've said that you want to start doing more exercise but don't know where to start. I think I can help you. There's this beautiful park very close to where we work with different types of equipment for workouts. The place is enormous! So if you prefer to start with something simple like walking or running you absolutely can do it there.
I'd love to show you the park this weekend. We could go walking there since we both live very close to our work building.
