"I woke up very tired" and "I stayed up late" are two distinct and complete thoughts, so they need more than a comma to separate them. I included three natural ways that a native speaker might write this, with the most common way first and the least common way last.

Also:
"Stayed up" - past tense because it was last night, which means it already happened.

The correction is a much more natural word order for an English speaker. Word order plays a major role in English. You can think of an English sentence as a step-by-step sequence of questions being answered: "I was watching something." "Watching what?" "Everything and anything." "Everything and anything everywhere?" "No, everything and anything on YouTube." Put it together, and you get, "I was watching everything and anything on YouTube."
Just as an aside, I think it's a bit more natural to say "anything and everything" instead of "everything and anything", but that's not as important :)
