Today, I went for a run after 3 days of resting. I run every other day, but my ankles and the right knee made me rest more than usual. They hurt again. I had the same problem last year for a little while, but then it disappeared. I hope it'll go away as it did the last time. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. Maybe I'm putting too much stress on it. I don't really want to give up running, not even temporarily, as it wouldn't solve anything, because I had a pause several months long, and the problem showed up again.
