This is my first post over here, and i have some questions that need to be explained.
While it's true that an internet post is "a text", "text" has two strong meanings that come to people's minds first:
1. SMS messages sent on mobile phones - Short, often abbreviated due to character limits
2. Academic works like essays are also called "texts".
While there's also the general term "text" which encompasses all of them, native speakers rarely use the noun "text" outside those above two contexts, so it's better to use a more specific word like "essay" or "post"

3- I need some advice to (improve/expedite) my learning.
"advice" is an uncountable noun so it's used as it's own plural, no "s" needed.
"improve" is a more natural verb here when you just want to talk about it getting better, but if you specifically meant to go faster, "expedite" is another option which might be what you were thinking of.

In terms of improving your English writing, I think there's two parts to it:
1. English ability - this post seems pretty decent as a start actually, which implies to me you might be starting from a strong position here.
2. Writing ability - some of this is English specific (what words and phrases form a coherent tone), and some of this is the same as in your native language (how to spread out topics etc.)
I think in both cases, it basically comes down to reading a lot of other examples to get a feel for how people do it, trying it out yourself and getting feedback, and also looking at formal advice.
As for this site the basic idea is:
1. Users write posts in their target language
2. Other users provide corrections to the posts that the user can learn from
3. There is a system where if there are enough people learning your native language, you need to provide corrections to other people's posts to keep making new posts.

Might be different for other countries, but in the US using "text" like this describes an SMS text message sent to your phone. We typically call them posts when you are sending it to a web site (here, Reddit, Facebook, etc).

1- How do I become a good writer in English even though it’s not my native language?
Dedicated Practice. Anyone can become a good writer if they practice consistently over time. Just know it'll likely take a lot of time and practice to get there.
2- I need to know what is the concept of this website is, so i can get the best from it.
2- I need to know what the concept of this website is, so i can get the best from it.
Basically, there are two parts. First, in order to learn your target language (English), you post sentences you write for native English speakers like me to correct. Then, unless you pay for premium, you are expected to read stuff in your native language (Arabic) and correct them to help someone who is learning Arabic. If you don't post enough corrections, the site will not allow you to write anything more in English until you fix your ratio. I believe you need to keep up a .5 ratio in order to continue to post in English. It's pretty easy though, correct 1 or 2 posts per day and you should be fine.

I am in need of ideas
So, in English we say “I’m in need of…” because it is a set phrase that describes your current state.

“is” needs to go at the end of the sentence because you are asking a question.
3- I need some advices to escalatnhance my learning.
3- I need some advice to enhance my learning.
1) “Advice” stays the same. It is uncountable so will always look singular.
2) “Escalate” is used for ‘conflicts, situations or problems that are getting worse.
“Enhance” means to improve the quality or strength of something.

Very good! To answer your question…
1) To enhance your writing skills I would suggest focusing on the areas that you find the hardest. Maybe, pick a difficult grammar concept that you struggle with- and then try to write 5 sentences that use it?
You can also do grammar exercises such as: changing positive sentences to negative, trying to write a simple sentences in different tenses (present, past and future), try to keep a daily diary in which you talk about your day, favourite films/books etc. Pick a random image and describe it (what you see, what the object/person looks like, what they are doing etc. and then write about it. You can use an AI app to check your work or post it on here.
2) I would use this website to practice areas in which you struggle. If you don’t like the past tense, write a story about a holiday you have been on, or something you did in the past. If you don’t like prepositions, try to find and describe a photo- talk about where things are (over, under, behind, in front of). One of the best ways to practice prepositions of time is to write about your daily routine. There are many on here who will write a short diary entry every night.
3) My advice would be to keep practicing, and try and write more. Only when you make mistakes can you learn how to correct yourself.
