My journey starts with a shining "good morning" text to my fiancé. After that, I wake up and start preparing breakfast in the kitchen. I'm on a strict diet, so my first meal is usually the same every day. I toss 140 grams of bread with some marmalade and 350 grams of Skyr (It's really similar to yoghurt but more fit in terms of macronutrients). In addition, I usually have one piece of fruit, 400 millilitres of milk and 10 grams of dark chocolate.
After that, to save some time during the day, I start preparing my next 2 meals: lunch and the third meal (yes, I have to eat 5 times, and we are just at the beginning).
Firstly, I start to weigh the rice and a protein dish (like chicken breast, beef steak or fish), around 200 grams both. My favourite lunch is composed of basmati rice with smoked salmon. In addition, as a fibre source, I usually cook zucchini with some peppers, olive oil and salt to add to the rice.
As a third meal, sometimes I have 200 millilitres of egg white with some bread, around 120 grams or a simple omelette with some vegetables as a salad.
Once meals are ready, I stack them in the freezer and go to the gym four times a week for almost 2 hours. As soon as I have completed my workout, I come back home and start preparing lunch for my family, who are at work until 14:00. We usually don't spend a lot of time together, so I prefer to have lunch together before starting to work, even if I'm literally starving. (I'm jokiing obv).
Before having lunch, in the last period, I started to practice my English to earn a certification before the 15th of September to be admitted to a master's course. I'm trying my best to write on this website every morning and watch at least one film a day.
After lunch, I start my online private class from 15:00 to 21:30, with a meal break every 3 hours of the lesson. I'm a private teacher, so my time span to work is really short, and I can't afford a lot of time off. Although sometimes it can be really tough, I really love this job and enjoy helping students to improve and succeed at school, which makes me so proud of them.
At the end of the day, I have dinner with something gently cooked by my mom. Next, I usually ride my motorcycle just to switch off after a long day and visit some friends (or my girlfriend during the weekend). Since I graduated in March, my routine has become so intense, even if I'm resting for some months just to work and practice in English and taking a big breath after three intense years studying for my bachelor.
