It's been a long time since I have seen Chinese writing and I worry so much about it.
If I can see many Chinese writings here, I will be very happy because I can have the chance to help them, and that means that Chinese is popular.
Less people learning Chinese is not a good sign. I think that means that China is not welcome.
I hope that China should get along well with other countries. This way, Chinese learners will become more and more.
I don't think China has behaved well, so it seems like many countries don't like China. I feel sad about it.
If I were the president of China, I would make a big reform to China, including the social system and the diplomatic policy to make China a welcomed country.

By the most recent data I can find (from 2016), Chinese is the 7th most commonly studied foreign language in American colleges with 3.7% of students studying it. It's also the second most popular non-European language after Japanese. The Chinese government is definitely no well liked over here, but I think another thing that could be holding Chinese back is a lack of internationally popular entertainment to get people interested in it, such as what Japan and more recently Korea have been putting out.
