It was not a surprise that the Chinese team won the most gold medals, ranked number one, and was far ahead of all the other Asian countries. Thank you for your corrections! It's a big question whether the Olympic gold medals can truly reflect a country's sporting prowess, I personally think it reflects a country's economic levels.
