To be honest, sometimes I feel bored, although I think I am a good controller of it. It is because I always like to do things I like, and I don’t want to do things I dislike. Since the things I like to do are always difficult. I don’t know how long I can keep it up. It seems like I was born for tough things.

"Since" can't make a sentence on its own.

Feedback
I can't correct this journal very well because I am not sure of the main point. The main point in the first sentence is "I sometimes feel bored". This doesn't make sense with the rest of the paragraph, though. Why would only doing the things you like make you bored, especially if you like to do hard things? "Boredom" in English usually is associated with lack of a challenge.
Do you mean the main point to be "I am good at avoiding boredom"?
Or do you mean something other than bored, like "sometimes I feel overwhelmed"?
Or do you mean... that you only like to do the things you enjoy, but the things you enjoy are getting to be too much so you can't do them anymore. That leaves you nothing to do and you feel bored in a frustrated way.
Once I understand what you want to say, I can offer better corrections :)
