Climbing Stairs

I think most of you do not consider how much using stairs push your knees. You press your knuckles while climbing the stairs. Maybe going up 3 or 4 stories can be fine, bu no more than 5 stories. The more stories you climb, the more your knee joint might wear out. Only climbing stairs does not bring you a perfect health. People should diversify the exercises like jogging, lifting weight etc.
