It works based on ratios. So you'll be able to post what you need corrected here, but you also have to correct others' work so that you're ratio doesn't fall below .5. If it's below .5 you won't be able to post in this section (the section where you post what you want to be corrected). You correct others' work in your native language, there should be a section for that. Good luck!

Yes! Essentially, you can upload texts in your target language and receive corrections. You can also correct texts other people wrote in Russian. Fantastic writing!
