One step to a fulfill life

I've just finished reading the book "Feel-Good Productivity" by Ali Abdaal.

Because I've tried so hard to work on my career but then burned out, exhausted, and get scared every time I try to sit at my desk, do what I have to do.

The book was a blow-minded to me (I try to say that book was completely change how I approach to productivity, to feel enjoyable, fun of what I do, instead of relying on discipline.

After finished the book, I opened Notion, was summarizing the chapter 9: Align, which is one of my biggest obstacle.

It's just a short entry. I will write more in the future.

I've just finished reading the book "Feel-Good Productivity" by Ali Abdaal.

BI chose it because I've tried so hard to work on my career but then I become burned out, and exhausted, and get scared every time I try to sit at my desk, to do what I have to do.

or maybe something like

...I get burned out, exhausted, and scared every time...

but that way is more ambiguous

The book was a blow-mindedmind-blower to me (I tryam trying to say that book was completely change how Id my approach to productivity, so that what I do ito feels enjoyable, fun of what I do and fun, instead of relying on discipline.).

more natural would be "the book blew my mind" or "the book was mind-blowing"

After I finished the book, I opened Notion, was and began summarizing the cChapter 9: , "Align," which is one of my biggest obstacles.

I put the chapter title in an appositive because we often indicate names of specific things or clarify with a new term what was already said in this way.

It'This is just a short entry.

"It" usually refers to something you have already named or mentioned directly, while "this" is a better fit for introducing a new subject, like talking about this post after talking about the book.

You could also say "this post"

but to maybe give an example

"THIS post is just a short entry today. I hope you enjoyed IT"

The word "it" is used because the previous sentence told the reader what the subject is.

I will write more in the future.

Thank you!

Because I've triedI try so hard to work on my career but then I get burned out, and exhausted, and get scared every time I try to sit at my desk, to do what I have to do.

You can correctly use “burned out” — “burnt out” is, I believe, more British. American English typically would use “burned” not “burnt.”

The book was a blow-minded to me (I try to say that book wasblew my mind! It completely change how Id my approach to productivity, to feel enjoyable, and encouraged me to find the joy and fun ofin what I do, instead of relybeing onverly disciplined.

Are these the reasons why you read the book? I thought it was like "Because I feel exhausted, I do what I have to do," which I don't understand

The book was a blow-mindedmind-blowing to me (I'm trying to say that the book was completely changed how I approach to productivity,. Now I want what I do to feel fun and enjoyable, fun of what I do, instead of relying on discipline.)

Was summarizing chapter 9 the obstacle for you? It is a little unclear
