On Making Desitions

Here are my thoughts referring to a random video on YouTube about pieces of advice for young people. I think that the first step to extract the most from these lessons is to try to rephrase those pieces of wisdom using your own words. Hope being sharing the message properly.
Good decision makers have to handle a lot of concepts and things at the same time, but they have to come up with a decision anyway. And it's important to have this kind of ability, because well-intended actions lead to more favorable results.
There are two ways of making decisions: informed and intuition-based decisions.
We are talking about informed-based decisions when a couple of pieces of knowledge lead you to take a certain path, while intuition-based decisions are the ones that require putting into practice those principles and beliefs very attached to all human beings.
To improve this skill, a lot of trial and error is necessary. You learn to handle the information more effectively and exercise your principles by taking your own decisions regularly.

On Making Desitcisions

Here are my thoughts referring ton a random video on YouTube about pieces ofgiving advice for young people.

(1) The phrase is "thoughts on (something)".
(2) I tweaked the second half of the sentence so that it sounds more natural.

I think that the first step to extract the most from these lessons is to try to rephrase those pieces of wisdom using your own words.,

Merge this sentence with the one below. I have changed the period into a comma to allow for this.

Hthe hope being sharing(that) the message will be digested properly.

I took a guess at what you meant by this sentence. Here, "digest" means "understand (information) by a period of reflection."

Good decision makers have to handle a lot of concepts consider mandy things at the same time, but (they have to) come up with a decision anyway.

(1) "Handle a lot of concepts and things" is a rather awkward expression, and it's not very clear what it means. You can say "consider many things" instead.
(2) You can omit the "they have to" if you wish, as it is already used in the first half ("good decision makers have to").

And it's important to have this kind of ability, because well-intendtioned actions lead to more favorable results.

The word is "well-intentioned".

There are two ways of making decisionskinds of decisions you can make: informed and intuition-based decisions.

(1) Strictly speaking, "informed decisions" and "intuition-based decisions" aren't ways of making decisions (action), but rather types of decisions (noun).
(2) If you want to keep "ways of making decisions", you can alternative write: "There are two ways of making decisions: from an informed standpoint, or based on intuition."

We are talking about informed-based decisions when a couple of pieces of knowledge lead you to take a certain path, while intuition-based decisions are the ones that require putting into practice those principles and beliefs very attachedso intrinsic to all human beings.

(1) "Informed" is an adjective and not a noun, so the phrase "informed-based" doesn't quite make sense.
(2) You can omit the "of" in "couple of piece".
(3) I believe "intrinsic" might be the word you're look for here.

To improve this skill, a lot of trial and error is necessary.

You learn to handle the information more effectively and exercise your principles by tmaking your own decisions regularly.

The phrase is "make a decision".
