My first diary entry

Ye he mere pehle baar likhnaa Hindi hai.

Ye he mereMai pehlei baar likhnaa Hindi hai.Hindi mai likh rahi hun. Mai pehli baar Hindi mai likh rahi hun.

This is how you would want to say it in present continuous. It means I am writing in Hindi for the first time. Your version means more like - This is my first Hindi writing.

Mera naam Samantha hoong aur mein England se hoong.

Mera naam Samantha hoongai aur meain England se hoong. Mera naam Samantha hai aur main England se hoong.

Think of "hai" = is and "hoon"/"hu" = am. Also, when we write in Hindi in the Roman script, we tend to write the word for "I" as "main". The word for "in" is usually written as "mein". You would still be understood though.

Mera naam Samantha hoongai aur mein England se hoong. Mera naam Samantha hai aur mein England se hoon.

Aap se milkar kushi huui.

Aap se milkar khushi huui. Aap se milkar khushi huui.
