This is the third time I am reading this book.

Matching tense with the later sentences

FIt's the first time I am reading it in English, before I read it previously in Spanish and listened to it in English as well.

I hope some day I wouldill be able to read it in dDutch but for now I am learning a lot of new words in English from it.

It's not as complicated as before, I think my English whas gottent better since the last time I tried to read this book in English and I feel good.

I am having a really good time studying through this book,. I'm learning some grammar, especially past order oftense sentences because a huge part of this book is kvothe telling his story.

I love this book, it's a shame that the author haven't done the whole trilogy.

Best to set titles apart. You'll often see them written in italics in newspapers etc., but since this site doesn't support italics, quotes are another option.

You could say "my English has gotten better" or even better would be to say "my English improved"

I'm not sure what you mean by "past order of sentences" but we would really say that. Maybe you mean "especially seeing how sentences are ordered in the past tense"...?
