In English we don't use ¡ at all, only ! I don't know if it is used exactly the same, so someone else can probably explain better than I can.

When we have many topics, it's more natural to separate them into many sentences. But it was easy to understand you!

Here you used "nurse" as a verb, but here it makes more sense to give a job title. So you would say that you are a nurse.
