Hi¡!
Hi!
In English we don't use ¡ at all, only !
I don't know if it is used exactly the same, so someone else can probably explain better than I can.
I am a woman, I am thirty- five years -old, I woman who lives in Madrid,. I have two childrens, a boy of ten years -old and a girl ofboy, and an eight years -old girl.
I am a thirty five year-old woman who lives in Madrid. I have two children, a ten year-old boy, and an eight year-old girl.
Edited for better flow.
Full sentence for readability:
"I am a thirty five year-old woman who lives in Madrid. I have two children, a ten year-old boy, and an eight year-old girl."
I am a nurse and I work in a hospital in my city. I am a nurse and I work in a hospital in my city.
Here you used "nurse" as a verb, but here it makes more sense to give a job title. So you would say that you are a nurse.
I love my job because I love taking care people.
In the little free time that I have, between my children and my job, I like dancing, painting and writing. In the little free time that I have, between my children and my job, I like dancing, painting and writing.
