I would change the title to something more specific to what you are writing.

There is a saying, t"To be an official, you don'must not want to be rich, if you want to be rich, please don't. To be rich, you must not want to be an official."

This is no doubt rightsaying is wise.

Being an official means you must be responsibilityle and giving.

Everybody is watching you, andso you have to treat yourself strictly.must strictly adhere to all the rules.

If you do something wrong, you willcould be in big trouble.

So, don't just see the glory of a person who has a high position in politics, but see the giving he made.associated with an official, but rather the sacrifices he is making.

If you don't have the giving spirit, notare not self-sacrificing, then being an official ismay not a bad thingbe a good choice.

IOn the other hand, if you want to be rich, then being an official is not the top choice.may create conflicts.

Official doesn't have quite the same connotation in English. I am assuming "Government Official", but I am not sure if you mean "statesmen", or ambassador, or civil servant. If you could think of a more descriptive word, it would be better.
