I don't think I've ever heard of a "country manager," but I'll take your word for it. I'm just not sure what that means. I've heard of regional manager or director of sales for such and such geography, but country manager sounds odd to me. Are we still talking about a business enterprise?

I don't think I've ever heard of a "country manager," but I'll take your word for it. I'm just not sure what that means. I've heard of regional manager or director of sales for such and such geography, but country manager sounds odd to me. Are we still talking about a business enterprise?
In Turkey, a country manager or legal manager, who is recognized by government, is responsible for every legal step. That's why I call it country manager. If there is a better title for this role, please let me know.
