You have to take cold waters

Ok, maybe you don't have to, but you should.

I just read an article about the topic and I'm going write here what I remember from it and try to relate it with my personal experience.
The two most important benefits from this habit are personal satisfaction and improving the inmune system.
This is not going to work for everyone, of course, but if feeling kind of sad or disoriented is totally recommend to hit straight to your cold bath. In fact, this is part of what's called "hydrotherapy" (please, google it if interested).
Cold showers work well for me. It's a sort of a ritual to take a cold shower before doing something hard/demanding, like public speaking. It's a kind of "source of confidence"; I'm scoring my first points in this challenging day and I'm eager for more now.
The part of the immune system is also true, I rarely catch a cold.
I'm wondering how many people are leveraging this, in my opinion, powerful habit.
Did you have the habit of taking cold showers regularly? If yes, how was it at the beginning?

you can also phrase this as, "how was it at first?"

You hHave to tTake cCold watShowers You Have to Take Cold Showers

Titles are usually capitalized, and "cold waters" is a bit incorrect.

You have to take cold watshowers You have to take cold showers

"take cold waters" isn't a phrase that makes sense. "waters" means like... seas, lakes and oceans. It's also a little bit of a more poetic term, not something that gets used everyday. Replaced it with showers since that's what the rest of the post talks about.

Ok, maybe you don't have to, but you should.

OkK, maybe you don't have to, but you should. OK, maybe you don't have to, but you should.

Technically both are used a lot, but OK is grammatically correct.

"benefits are _noun_ and _verb_" sounds a little unnatural so I changed the second to a noun phrase.
