Job Hunting 2

I knew it even before starting this activity, but job hunting is really depressing. It seems just as if you are reduced to some descriptions, not more than else...Well that's what it is so I just continue moving on.

But there is one thing that I found improved over the past three years: Japanese entreprises are adopting work-from-home systems. Working remotely was something inconceivable for most of the companies before the COVID, and aside from big-sized companies most of them were reluctant to challenge. The disease which plunged the world into the chaos last three years, howeve, forced them to try new things to avoid the spread, hence the change (which the Japanese companies hate so much!).

Recently, I read an interesting article about hte job market in the U.S. It talked about the reverse in the trend of salaries between the white and blue collars. As the COVID increases the risk of face-to-face work, the increase rate of remuneration for people who can work remotely slowd down while that of essential workers accelerated.

The above two examples show the good side of the pandemic, but the COVID has certainly changed our lives in bad direction: there are many deaths recorded each day. There is no doubt that this made, and is leaving some marks to our society.

すみません、もう1つ質問があります。 I'm reduced to mere descriptionsというような文章はここでは不自然でしょうか?

Sorry one another question: can we say "trend salaries"? In this case trend is an adjective? Recently, I read an interesting article about the job market in the U.S. It mentioned a reverse in the trend salaries between the white and blue collars.
