A question I always had

There is something in my mind these days, and I hope you guys can resolve it or maybe give an opinion about it. I love videogames since I was a child, I spend like third time of the day playing with friends and having fun, although, I only play multiplayer games, because I think the best part of games is interacting with other people around the world and having different experiences. However, the question I want to ask, specially for those who are gamers is, Do you guys think that playing multiplayer games can help to improve your English skills? I mean, we usually meet knew people that doesn´t talk your language, and it is fun because you try to communicate with them and understand what they are saying, so I think it is a good way to practice and meeting knew people that maybe can help you to improve. I'm also asking that because you know, many people say that videogames is waste of time or that you need to find a better hobbie, but if what I'm saying is true, it would mean that games are probably one of the most usefull hobbies.

I mean, we usually meet knew people that don´t talk in your language, and it is fun because you try to communicate with them and understand what they are saying, so I think it is a good way to practice and meet new people that can help you to improve.

Or "don't speak your language"

I mean, we usually meet new people that don't speak your language, and it is fun because you try to communicate with them and understand what they are saying, so I think it is a good way to practice and meet new people that maybe can help you to improve.

"New" would be correct in this scenario as "knew" is the past tense of the verb "to know". "Speak" sounds better in this context. "Don't" is the correction contraction in this case. "Meet" sounds better here.

Fix spelling “knew” to “new.” Rephrased some for clarity.

I mean, we usually meet new people that don't talk your language, and it is fun because you try to communicate with them and understand what they are saying, so I think it is a good way to practice and meeting new people can maybe help you to improve.

"knew" - past tense of know "new" - something that didn't exist before or you hadn't encountered before "people that don't" -> "doesn't" is used for singular things (e.g ."a person that doesn't") while "don't" is used with plural things ("people that don't"). ´ is a closing single quote, but we use an apostrophe character ' when typing in English for contractions.

I'm also asking that because you know, many people say that videogames is waste of time or that you need to find a better hobbie, but if what I'm saying is true, it would mean that games are probably one of the most usefull hobbies.

A different conjugation of the verb "to be" is required after videogames because they are plural. Hobby is spelled incorrectly. Useful is also spelled incorrectly.

“Video games are” (plural). Fix spelling “hobbie” to “hobby” and “usefull” to “useful.”

I love videogames since I was a child, I spend like third time of the day playing with friends and having fun, although, I only play multiplayer games, because I think the best part of games is interacting with other people around the world and having different experiences.

I have loved video games since I was a child, I spend like a third of the day playing with friends and having fun. Although I only play multiplayer games, because I think the best part of games is interacting with other people around the world and having different experiences.

You did love video games, and you still do. Better as two sentences.

I have loved videogames since I was a child, I spendplay like thirdree time of the day playings every day with friends and having fun, although, I only play multiplayer games, because I think the best part of games is interacting with other people around the world and having different experiences. I have loved videogames since I was a child, I play like three times every day with friends and having fun, although, I only play multiplayer games, because I think the best part of games is interacting with other people around the world and having different experiences.

"I have" must become past tense, as you "have loved" them since childhood. The revised sentence structure in the second sentence sounds better in English, although difficult to explain why. The rest is solid.

I've loved video games ever since I was a child,. I used to spend like third time of the daymost of my time playing with friends and having fun, although,. But I only play multiplayer games, because. I think the best part ofabout games is interacting with other people around the world and having different experiences. I've loved video games ever since I was a child. I spend about a third of the day playing with friends and having fun. I only play multiplayer games, because I think the best part of games is interacting with other people around the world and having different experiences.

Use present perfect (“have loved”) for something that started in the past and continues. “Video games” is the standard spelling. Break the long sentence into shorter ones for clarity. “About a third of the day” is more natural than “like third time of the day.”

I love videogames since I was a child, I spend like a third time of the day playing with friends and having fun, although, I only play multiplayer games, because I think the best part of games is interacting with other people around the world and having different experiences.
