This teacher's uncompromising aboutdedication to a particular ingredient of curry, potatoes. This teacher's uncompromising dedication to a particular ingredient of curry, potatoes.

Uncompromising is an adjective, so it needs a noun like dedication or standards to accompany it. In this case you'd have to add "to" because you are dedicated TO something. You could also phrase it as: "The teacher's uncompromising standards FOR a particular ingrediant of curry, potatoes". Instead of particular, you could use "a specific", "a special", or "an important" here I feel this helps the sentence flow better by putting emphasis on the single ingrediant

Every students in his class, they knew about it because the teacher mentioned it on the first day.

Every students in his class, they knew about it because the teacher mentioned it on the first day. Every students in his class knew about it because the teacher mentioned it on the first day.

Your sentence IS correct, but I think this structure flows a bit more naturally

I'm not 100% sure what you mean by big ingrediants here. Like ingrediants chopped into big chunks?
