You can see the Leonid meteor shower tonight. You may not be able to see them because of the moonlight near the full moon. However, I will try to see them while I will go for a walk early morning tomorrow. When the outbreak of the Leonids meteor shower was predicted about 20 years ago, My wife and I went to a mountaion in Nara to see them.

Outbreak is usually for something unwanted like a disease or something.
