My company will close next Monday. There is a toll road called Arashiyama Takao Parkway in Kyoto. Motorcycles are not allowed to ride that road on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, so I plan to ride my motorcycle there next Monday. However, according to the weekly weather focast, it's going to rain.

Motorcycles are not allowed to ride on that road onduring Saturdays, Sundays, and on public holidays, s. So I plan to ride my motorcycle there next Monday.
I don't think you were wrong when you said, "to ride that road on Saturday..." During sounds a bit more natural to me.
