aAs the average guy who uses google, windows, chrome, etc etc i. (etc.), I don't mind telemetry at all itsdata collection at all. It's not that iI don't have noanything to hide that I care about, it's because you can't hide w. Why should iI care about lLinux i? I love the terminal and how it works but there isn't thata good enough reason to switch i. I will keep using it until iI find it aa better alternative. Also, 60% of the lLinux community acts like the vegans of the computers world.

Telemetry is not used by average speakers, we call it data collection/mining.

Saying someone acts like a vegan is really vague and can be interpreted in a number of ways, including some offensive ones. I would change it to say what you don't like about how they act. Ex. "60% of the community acts entitled/holier than thou/etc."
