I am not confident in my health, but I still hope I can live longer. I don’t ever know how to enjoy life, instead I just want to do as many things as I can. Life sucks, it’s difficult to be yourself. You have to meet somebody you don’t want to and you have to do things you don’t want to. I always think I am right, but is this world wrong? It's definitely not, so I remember an essay written by the famous writer Jia Pingwa: “I am sick”.

Well done! I only corrected punctuation because some of the sentences were run-on sentences (two independent clauses without enough separation). Everything else looks great!
