No Screens In Bed Time

This one was a common mistake when I was a teenager. With social media it's easy to get trapped into "infinite scrolling" and develop a serie of unhealthy habits.
It's well known that screen time just before bed is perjudicial to the quality of sleep but there is plenty of options of "overstimulation" associated with a screen that oftentimes are difficult to refuse.
In my case, I deal with this prohibiting my phone to be in room.

No Screens InAt Bed Time.

This one was a common mistake I made when I was a teenager.

Changed it to specify it was a mistake you made. Original version could be read as something that was common in a general sense or is no longer since you presumably aren't a teenager anymore.

It's well known that screen time just before bed is perjudicidetrimental to the quality of sleep, but there isare plenty of options ofor "overstimulation" associated with a screen that oftentimes are difficult to refuse.

Detrimental is a more commonly used word. I'm not 100% sure prejudicial is incorrect, but I've never heard it in day to day conversation like detrimental. The second half of the sentence is a little awkward when I read it, but I didn't want to change it too much as I think there's nothing wrong exactly.

In my case, I deal with this by prohibiting my phone to be in in the bedroom.

Just extra clarification what room and reinforcing your title at the same time. You also could add "at night" or "before bed" at the end to be more specific.
