Haidilao Hotpot

In order to let my granddaughter eat Haidilao hotpot, we went to the Haidilao restaurant again this morning. Because Haidilao usually needs to wait in line in advance, I tried to make a reservation on my phone when it was just a little bit past 10 am. But I failed to book a table, and the front table receptionist told me on the phone that we had to go to the restaurant to see if there were available tables. When we arrived at the restaurant, it was only a little past 11, but there were no tables available, so we had to wait in line. Until 1:30 pm we could have a table to eat.
During lunch we met two interesting things. One was some staff of the restaurant celebrating a child's birthday. They sang and danced, and the birthday atmosphere was very warm. The other was a staff member who hand pulled noodles on the spot, and he pulled the noodles like a dancer with beautiful posture. When we finished our lunch, it was already 3 pm. As always, the waiters gave us a few toys, some snacks and candies. The service quality of Haidilao is really good, but the price of all the food there was also very high. I feel like I won't go there in the future, unless it's necessary.

It sounds better to use the purpose clause after the main clause, as doing it the way you did it sounds a bit stilted (but is definitely not incorrect). "So that" just sounds better here, I don't know why though.

Because Haidilao usually needs to wait in line in advance, I tried to make a reservation on my phone when it was just a little bit past 10 am.

Because HaidilaoSince you usually needs to wait in line in advancefor Haidilao, I tried to make a reservation in advance on my phone when it was just a little bit past 10 am. Since you usually need to wait in line for Haidilao, I tried to make a reservation in advance on my phone when it was a little bit past 10 am.

"In advance" refers to the reservation so it should be in the same clause as it. You need "you" there (or something equivalent) to indicate the impersonal form - that is, anyone that goes for Haidilao needs to wait in line, as opposed to Haidilao itself waiting in line.

But I failed to book a table, and the front table receptionist told me on the phone that we had to go to the restaurant to see if there were available tables.

I wasn't completely sure what you were going for, but I assumed that you were trying to say that you didn't get a table until 1:30.

"Met" is alright but "encountered" is a synonym of "met" and sounds slightly better here.

"Hand-pulled" sounds a bit weird but I could see what you were going for. We tend to use the phrase "by hand" to refer to an action that is done with the hands as opposed to a machine (like a noodle maker). You don't need to need to repeat "he pulled the noodles".
