I get up at 6:30 am.

I get up at 6:30 am and go to the bathroom to wash my face and use the toilet. I get up at 6:30 am and go to the bathroom to wash my face and use the toilet.

You could combine these sentences into a single one to sound more natural and to be more brief.

I go to the bathroom to wash my face and I go to the toilet.

I go to the bathroom to wash my face and I go touse the toilet. I go to the bathroom to wash my face and use the toilet.

I don't think the extra "I go to" is necessary. Also, I would say "use the toilet" since you've already said you go to the bathroom.

I go to the bathroom to wash my face and I go touse the toilet. I go to the bathroom to wash my face and use the toilet.

If you kept this as it's own sentence, you only would need to mention the subject (yourself) once.

Then I get dressed.

For style, I would place all the actions that are happening in the same place upfront, next to each other.

I have breakfast at 7:05 am.

AftWhen I'm finished with ever ythating I go to school. When I'm finished with everything I go to school.

For style, it would sound more natural to reference the fact that after all your morning routine actions are done you then go to school.

Classes start at eight o'clock.

I listen attentively to every lesson, even though it's boring.

I listen attentively to every lesson, even though it'sthey're boring. I listen attentively to every lesson, even though they're boring.

I would say "they're" instead of "it's" because you're describing many lessons and not just one.

I listen attentively to every lesson, even though it'sthey're boring. I listen attentively to every lesson, even though they're boring.

I enjoy my lunch at 1 p.m.

I have eight hours almost every day, so I always get tired last hour.

I have eight hours of class almost every day, so I always get tired in the last hour. I have eight hours of class almost every day, so I always get tired in the last hour.

I'd be specific about what you have eight hours of every day ("eight hours of class"). Also, you get tired "in" or "during" the last hour.

I haveam busy for eight hours almost every day, so I always get tired in the last hour. I am busy for eight hours almost every day, so I always get tired in the last hour.

I'm assuming you are referring to how long the routine takes up to this point, so you are "busy" for these eight hours.

I go home and I eat something at home in the afternoon.

I go home and I eat something at home in the afternoon. I go home and I eat something in the afternoon.

I change and the studying begins.

I change and then I studying begins. I change and then I study.

"studying begins" sounds a little strange. I think "I study" is a more active tone that I would use.

I change and theclothes and begin studying begins. I change clothes and begin studying.

This word order sounds more natural, and I would mention you're changing "clothes" here just to keep it specific for the reader.

I'm studying for class work the next day, I'm going to finish it, then I'm chatting with my friends and surfing the internet.

I'm studying for class work for the next day, I'm going toAfter I finish it, then I'mI chatting with my friends and surfing the internet. I study for classwork for the next day, After I finish it, I chat with my friends and surf the internet.

Since you're talking about your daily schedule, I'd say it this way rather than using "-ing" for your verbs.

I'm studying for class wfork the next day, I'm going to finish it, then I'momorrow. When I finish studying, I chatting with my friends and surfing the internet. I study for class for tomorrow. When I finish studying, I chat with my friends and surf the internet.

I think you are trying to convey that you need to study first and then you can do the other things. This requires you to have a clause somewhere that connects the action of studying to the later actions, in my correction that clause is the "When I finish studying..." one.

Sometime between 6:15 p.m. and 9 p.m. I take a shower and brush my teeth. Sometime between 6:15 p.m. and 9 p.m. I take a shower and brush my teeth.

Presumably it doesn't take almost three hours to do those two activities, so you can start the sentence with "Sometime between" here to inform that reader that you do those two things will be done at some point between those times, but they're not always occurring at the exact same time every day.

I go to sleep at 9 p.m
