Today is the last day of 2020. The weather is pretty good in my city: sunny, dry and warm. It seems like I have many feelings, but again, I can’t tell them exactly. I just feel the time is too fast, and I can’t stop it. Many things like this, we can’t keep it, just see it off. The only thing we can do is work hard, never waste time.

Okay, then you might want to say "many things in life, such as time, cannot be be controlled, therefore, why not live and let live? " This would be very natural and understandable to a native English speaker.

I mean that many things are like time: we can’t ask them to stay, for example, some people, some flowers, some nice things. They happened, but disappeared again. Face to this situation, we could do nothing but see them off.
