Last year when the second wave attack our company has a new policy.
I call that 4-1-3.
Work 4 days, rest 1 day the next 3 days we stay at home and just waiting.
So, for lucky person he/she may work 4 days and rest 4 days.
Otherwise, may work 4 days rest 1 day and work another 3 days.
This year the fifth attack happened one month by now.
This policy is been modified.
Work 4 days and formally rest 4 days.
In that 4 working days we need to work extra hours to balance the total working hour.
Some colleagues like the previous version, some like the new policy.

Hmm, I get very tired at the end of the work day so I don’t think I would like being forced to work longer hours.
