Actually, I was've been trying to learn English for long time but I haven't.
It sounds more natural without the word actually
But I didn't.
This isn't a full sentence

Titles have special capitalization rules
Hi.
I am new to using lLangcCorrect.
Names are capitalized
Actually, I was've been trying to learn English for a long time.
"I've been trying to" = in the past you were trying to, and you still are trying to currently
"I tried learning" = in the past you were trying to, but this implies you have since stopped
But I didn't (end up learning it / manage to).
Adding either of these complements will sound a lot better
I have started todayrying again today.
I had writwroten this website name down a long time ago.
This is my first time writing in English.
