I don't haven't a job not yet, but I did internship 3.5 monthsa 3 1/2 month internship.

We'd typically use the duration like an adjective for the internship. I would change the 3.5 to 3 1/2, since that's how it would be spoken, "three and a half..." whereas 3.5 looks more like "three point five"

This is was at a tire factory.

I want to improve factory process and I was develop learn university knowledges.

Sorry, the last part of the sentence doesn't make sense and I wasn't able to guess what you mean to say. Is it about something you did at university?
