Today I with my wife wentand I drove to work by car.

She goes to work only on Wednesdays, and on other days she works remotely.

At work I finished my resume and published it.

I have responded to several vacancies and now I have one hr interview for tomorrow.

The meaning is not clear to me. You have a one hour interview? Like the length of time? or it's and interview for an HR position?

At the end of the day, there arewas a traffic jams formed, and we went home separately.

Near my home I visited the pick-up point of the online shop and geot my purchases - the new sink to the bathroom and the electronic lock.

We decided to buy this lock, because we recently we got a dog, and it gets nervous when it hears the sound of keys.

I hope it will solve the dog's nervous problemissue.

"nervous problem" does not sound natural. Problem by itself could work, but issue just seems like a better word choice to me. That's more personal preference though.

I couldn't install the sink, because it is different from the old sink and. I need to drill a new hole in the countertop, but now it' is too late to makbe loud, and I'll do it on the weekend.

Besides it, I'm feeling really tired, because last week I wendt to bed late.
