You can use "to" or "to the" depending on how formal you wish to be.

-Employer contribution ofs to Social Security (SS) hasve been increased by 1%.

Have is more appropriate than has, because have implies it has already been made official. Has implies it was done in the past, but this article is about the current month. You can also say "will be" if the increase is to due to occur in the future.

As of December 2025, the cost of this rise is 260,00 TL, or $6.08, per employee with minimum wage.

In English, we write the whole number with a currency symbol. Commas are used to to imply full dollar or Euro amounts, while periods are used to imply cents or portions of the dollar. This is one of the ways in which English differs from many European languages, as I have found that commas are used like periods for currency.

-The SS incentive for employers, except for the manufacturing sector, has been cut from 4% to 2%.

As of December 2025, the cost of a reduction is 780,00 TL per employee with minimum wage.

I'm not sure what you mean by reduction - adding a descriptor there could be a good idea. Is this a tax reduction?

Note 1: These costs isare higher for employees who isare paid more than minimum wage.
