Rewards are great. One should never expect anything from anyone unless it is supported by some kind of compensation. The reason of this is human behavior. Everyone knows that, usually, necessity improves results. The one that has the privilege of being calm doesn't produce anything, whereas the one that struggles to barely produce enough in order to subsist is doing so because of the elevated difficulty of achieving it.
Any corrections would be appreciated. Thank you.
This paragraph is from one of the times I felt like writing. If you disagree please consider that I only do this for the sake of learning. Thank you.

The reason of this is human behavior.Human behavior causes this.
A literal correction for your sentence is "The reason FOR this is human behavior."
However, it doesn't sound quite right, so I have suggested an alternative.
It would also be better to explain what you mean by "this" as it isn't completely clear
Everyone knows that, usually, necessity usually improves results.
Putting "usually" after "necessity" removes the need for the commas and makes the sentence flow better.
The persone that has the privilege of being calm doesn't produce anything, whereas. Meanwhile, the persone that struggles to barely produce enough in order to subsistrvive is doing so because ofdespite the elevated difficulty of achieving it.
"Subsist" is correct here, but is a very formal term that is not used often in everyday speech. "Survive" is a more common alternative.
Any corrections would be appreciated.
Thank you.
