Which do you like a meat or fish? Honestly, I love a fish! Because meats have too many fats in them. And I love sushi! Have you ever been to Japan? Japanese conveyer belt sushi bar, in Japanese "Kaiten Zuzhi" is taste so good! Especially, Hamazushi is my best bar. If you have a chance, I recommend go to it.
This is still a secret, but most Japanese people know that Chawan-mushi is more delicious than sushi, and they order it in Japanese conveyer belt sushi bar.

Since you're talking about categories of sushi instead of specific pieces of sushi (that e.g. you're offering to someone), we don't use "a"

fat is uncountable (i.e. you don't say 1 fat, 2 fats, etc), so it uses "much" instead of "many".

Japanese conveyor belt sushi bars, called "Kaiten Zushi" in Japanese, taste so good!
They're かいてんずし right? I don't think any romanisation system converts し to zhi and zhi would be challenging for a native English speaker to attempt to pronounce.
Especially, Hamazushi is my bestfavourite bar.
Especially, Hamazushi is my favourite bar.
"my best bar" would imply some level of ownership of the bar, like you own/run many bars, but Hamazushi is the most succesful or most popular.
"my favourite bar" just implies it's your most liked bar.
If you have a chance, I recommend you go (to it / there). If you have a chance, I recommend you go (to it / there).
"to it" is fine, but "there" is the word choice a native would use.

Sushi is pretty much always made with seafood here. I think a lot of people here would be surprised to learn that non-fish sushi exists :)
