As far as I know, the high-effective method of learning vocabulary is in the sense. But actually, I can't find the tutorial.
So I need help. Could you tell me some websites or apps about it?

I have guessed what I thought you meant here

But at the moment, I can't find any tutorials.
"The" is very specific and definitive. "The tutorial" would be used to refer to 1 specific tutorial, which you have talked about before. But in this paragraph you haven't mentioned anything like that, so "a tutorial" or "any tutorials" should be used.
So I need help.

There are loads of good ways to learn new vocabulary:
- Vocab lists with flashcards (eg. Anki) are a classic language learning method for a reason, and I've found it super helpful to learn a huge amount of new vocab in a short time, especially if the vocab is either in a frequency list (ie. top 1000 English words by frequency of use) or by topic (eg. animals, food, household items, etc). I have found a few websites for you:
https://learnenglish.britishcouncil.org/vocabulary
https://learnenglishvocabulary.co.uk/
https://www.bbc.co.uk/learningenglish/english/topics
- Read books, especially ones you've already read that have been translated into English, as if you already know the story it will be easier to understand the English words. Also check if your local library has books or ebooks in English!
- Listen to podcasts or watch YouTube videos (about your hobbies, movie reviews, story times, world news, celebrity gossip, or whatever it is you're interested in). To get you started, the BBC have a bunch of podcasts for English learners.

- Watch movies or TV shows with dual subtitles (you can use a browser extension like Language Reactor or similar) or just with English subtitles

The main thing is that everytime you come across a word in English you don't know, write it down and look up the meaning. You'll learn quicker than you think! Good luck :)

I usually learn new words by reading things, looking up the words I don’t know, and studying them.

As for learning English vocabulary like a native speaker, I'm not sure if this will help, but I learned a lot of Korean vocabulary through watching Youtube a lot. That helped me reach about a high intermediate level. I feel it's best to watch content you enjoy, but if you want more natural words, podcasts with two people speaking to each other, rants where people talk about their feelings, streams, and blogs might be the best way to find natural vocabulary. Rants, like content that was made quick like in someones car to speak on a specific topic, are especially natural. However, if you're more advanced at speaking English and want to learn more advanced words, books made for young adults and older might help. I would recommend more modern books over older books since they use a lot of vocabulary that is specific to the time it was written in. also news articles and just reading articles in general can help as well.
some things you could look up on YouTube are "thoughts on (a topic you're interested in" or "video essay on (topic)"
