Lately I've been wondering about the green star that's in the profile of all users of this web. I can even see some users with many of these. i wonder, How can i obtain it?

By the way, it's the same with your language level. Should i do something for increse it?. I don't remember have been whached something when i create the account, maybe i only Skipped it.
