Hi, let me introduce myself. Firstly, I am glad to see you and thanks for giving a chance to interview. My name is Joseph. I have over 9 years experiences at many electrical related projects. As I have a bachelor of electrical engineer, I worked at electrical field in my initial life and gradually insight to project management. I worked deep in many electrical projects such as smart energy and automation system, township power distribution and solar installation. I am a department head of energy meter department which is to implement installation of smart energy meters the whole Yangon and automated reading and billing system in present time. In my past, I handled three township's energy meter department head which we got as a franchise from Yangon electricity Supply Cooperation (YESC). And also I have led as a project engineer for competing many smart energy meter import to government projects tenders. Our company had some projects with my leading skill at Mandalay and Naypyitaw region. At this time, project scope was simple and did not handle financial and business communication. But the present projects are bigger than previous and include many financial, business and leadership skills. Therefore, I need to enhance my skills on financial, business strategy and leadership by learning a master program one solution like MBA. I know there are many MBA courses in local but EMBA courses which is given from Yangon University of Economic is very popular in business sectors and between companies. So, I would like to try to attend an EMBA class there. I believe this program can enhance my business strategy and financial skills.

I have over 9 years experiences at many electrical related projects.
As I have a bachelor ofs in electrical engineering, I worked at an electrical field in my initial lifecareer and gradually insightmoved to project management.
I worked deepas deeply involved in many electrical projects such as smart energy and automation systems, township power distribution and solar installation.
I am currently a department head of the energy meter department which is to implement the installation of smart energy meters in the whole of Yangon ands well as automated reading and billing system in present times.
In mythe past, I hmandlaged three township'se energy meter department head which we got as a franchise froms for three townships under a franchise agreement with the Yangon eElectricity Supply Cooperporation (YESC).
And also I have led as a project engineer for competing manyI have also led projects as a project engineer, handling competitive tenders for importing smart energy meter import tos for government projects tenders.
Our company has had some projects withunder my leading skill atership in the Mandalay and Naypyitaw regions.
At this time, the project scope was simple and did not handle financial and business communication.

Therefore, I needwant to enhance my skills oin financiale, business strategy, and leadership by learnpursuing a master program one solution likecomprehensive program such as an MBA.
