my wind down routine after a long day

When i get home , I change into comfortable pijamas , I make wuduu to pray el asr , empty my bag and organise my desk .
After that , I go to the kitchen to eat something , and then relax in my bad and watch an episode of my current serie , if I did a workout earlier that day , I will then put a hair oil and take a relaxing bath , around 8pm I'm gonna review what we had earlier in school , have dinner , pray el ichaa . and I always try to make a tomorrow to do list to keep track of my goals , if i felt well and a little energized , I make a cup of hot vervain tea and read few pages of my book , around 11pm I do my skincare (very simple , a cleanser and a moisterizer ) and brush my teeth to jump into my bed ( my fav part ).
Well i guess that's my perfect evening routine , of course sometimes I don't do it all , it depends much about my energy levels and my mood (well to be transparent , if I felt shitty i'm going to binge watch or sleep veryy early ) , but I have the must do, like my prayers , one hour study session and reviewing my day and my weekly plan , that's all , simple right? what do you think?

Please work on punctuation and break your sentences into smaller ones. Keep it up

I have this problem where I always hit the spacebar after finishing a word, so I tend to leave a space before commas. I'll work on fixing it. Thanks a lot for your time

mMy wind down routine after a long day

When iI get home , I change into comfortable piyjamas , I makeperform wuduu to pray el asr , empty my bag and organise my desk .

To my understanding, Al-Asr is a chapter of the Quran. I'm not sure what it's doing in this sentence, so I just removed it. Perhaps you can provide some clarification as a comment.

After that , I go to the kitchen to eat something , and then relax in my baed and watch an episode of my current serie , is. If I did a workout earlier that day , I will then put aapply hair oil and take a relaxing bath , a. Around 8pm, I'm gonna review what we had learnt earlier in school , have dinner , pray el ichaa , then perform the Isha prayer.

(1) This is a very long sentence with many clauses. Do consider breaking it up into multiple shorter ones.
(2) "put hair oil" is okay, but "apply hair oil" might be more suitable.
(3) "oil" is uncountable, so "a hair oil" is ungrammatical. It should just be "hair oil".
(4) "I'm gonna" means "I'm going to". It is in the future tense, since it conveys future intentions. However, you're writing in the present tense here, so it is ungrammatical in this context.
(5) I assume by "el ichaa", you're referring to the Isha prayer. Googling "el ichaa" did not yield any other relevant results.

aAnd I always try to make a tomorrow to do list do list for tomorrow to keep track of my goals , i. If iI feelt well and a little energized , I make a cup of hot vervain tea and read few pages of my book , a. Around 11pm, I do my skincare (very simple , a cleanser and a moisteurizer ) and brush my teeth to jump into my bed ( my fav part ).

(1) Again, it helps to break up a lengthy sentence into multiple shorter ones, especially when narrating a long of series of events, as you are doing.
(2) It should be "feel" instead of "felt". Once again, you are writing in the present tense.

Well i, I guess that's my perfect evening routine , o. Of course sometimes I don't do it all , it depends much abouta lot on my energy levels and my mood (well, to be transparent , if I feelt shitty iI'm going to binge watch or sleep veryy early ) , but I have the must -dos, like my prayers , one hour study session and reviewing of my day and my weekly plan , t. That's all , simple right?

(1) It should be "feel" instead of "felt", for the same reason as above.
(2) If you deliberately spelt "veryy" (with two "y"s) in order to make it sound dragged out, you can write "veeery" instead.
(3) "must-dos", being a compound word, should be hyphenated. By the way, some people will spell "must-dos" as "must-do's". In order to avoid confusing you with the other uses of the apostrophe, however, I have decided not to spell it so.

A couple main points to take note of.
(1) Do not feel the need to lump everything into the same sentence. Do try to split lengthy sentences into multiple shorter ones.
(2) There is no spacing before punctuations. Hence, it's not "When I get home , ..." but "When I get home, ...".

Hi! 😊
Thank you so much for your corrections and your time.

Al-Asr is one of the five daily prayers in Islam. I really appreciate your help — I have a few questions if you don’t mind:
When I break up a paragraph into shorter sentences, how can I connect them naturally without making it sound choppy and disconnected?
Which form is more correct: “must-dos” or “must-do’s”?
Thanks again for your advice and tips.
Have a great day!

To your first question:
One common way we smoothen the transitions between sentences is through the use of what we call conjunctive adverbs. Some examples are "then", "after that", "next", "thereafter", etc. In fact ("in fact" is also a conjunctive adverb!), I can see that you are already familiar with some of these, when you wrote "After that, I go to the kitchen to eat something".

Another natural place to break a sentence up is at the start of a conditional. Conditional sentences take on the general structure of "If/When X...then Y." You can see me making use of this, such as in "If I did a workout..." and "If I feel well and a little energized".

Not all sentences need to (or should) start with a conjunctive adverb or a condition, however. For example, you will notice that I did not embellish "That's all, simple right?" Ultimately, knowing how to write sentences that flow into each other can only come from experience.

To your second question:
There is no "more correct" form. Both "must-dos" and "must-do's" are perfectly acceptable, because there is no general consensus; it's just a matter of preference. Personally, I prefer "must-do's", but there are certainly others who prefer the former.

Thank you so much for your feedback! I really appreciate the valuable tips on sentence flow and the clarification about "must-do's" I also prefer this version, seems more professionnel, haha!
