My Son and a Baby Girl

Today, a school nurse stopped me when I took my son to the daycare center.
She said,
“Your son is really kind! He’s always pays attention to babies, and talking care of them! When a baby girl was crawling toward the wall, he stopped her with his hands softly. It was so adorable!”
I was really happy to hear that, and also happy that she often looks out for him.
I didn’t know how he spent days there because he always told me few things when I asked him about it, especially babies there.

The schools nurse made my day! :)

The school
s nurse made my day! :)

"He's" is short for "he is." We don't say "he is always pays attention," so we don't need to say "he's."
The last sentence is correct, but it is a little hard to read. This is a suggestion for a better way to phrase it.

or
the school nurse

Generally, American schools have only one nurse if any at all, so we would say "the school nurse".

...especially about the babies there.

Perhaps:
He hardly even mentioned the babies.

Or something like that...
