I don't like cooking because I think it is troublesome. But I‘m a picky eater and also poor, so I have to cook by myself. My first requirement of food is healthy, so I can withstand the taste. Here are some of my sluggard recipes:
1. Tomato and chilli soup.
It is very appetizing because it is sour and hot. I like the taste. Firstly, peel and cut the tomato into small block. If you can withstand hot, you can cut the chilli into small block as well. If not, you can cut it in half. Secondly, put them into the pot with water. Otherwise, you can add whatever you like.
I like to put frozen tofu and cabbage first. I like the taste of cabbage in half tender. I also will add some meat just like fish. I like put all things in one pot because it is convenient and quick. And it is also healthy. Meat can provide protein, vegetable can surpport me with cellulose.
You can also put some noodles or rice in the soup. Then you just need to wash a pot!
2.Microwave oven food.
1)You can cut zucchini into small block and put it into a bowl. Then cover the bowl. Nuke on high for four minutes.
2)Mixing an egg into a bowl and add a little warm water, then cover the bowl. Nuke on high for about 90 seconds. Please remember to cover the bowl or the egg will explode.
