My Simple Day.

No need for the period

I wake up at 8 am, then I run aton the street for one kilometer around my neighborhood , then I do exercises atin the field near my house, where I live.

"Where I live" is redundant, when you say "my house" we know you live there

After that, I drink some coffee and after start goetting ready for my work.

I work at the office three days on thea week, and 2two days a week I work from home (Monday and Friday),. Saturday and Sunday are the weekends.

"3 days / 2 days" or "three days / two days" are ok, but mixing them with "three days / 2 days" is slightly awkward

I spend a onet takes an hour and a half to reach my work /office.

Choosing just one word (work or office) is cleaner here

I go for ato work by subway, but sometimes by car.

Now it's warm in our area and way is enough(the weather?) is comfortable enough.

I didn't understand what you mean by "way" here. Did you mean weather? Or did you mean "way" as your commute? If so, "...and the commute is comfortable enough"
