You are welcome :)

I'm learning English for my future job, I'm a sailor my speciality is a Navigator of ship (Skipper) i'm a Cadet in maritime univercity from Russia,
i'm finishing up second year now, I was a frashman lost year.

Firstly its a good piece of writing. I can understand what you are trying to say there are a few minor errors in grammar and spelling
my speciality is as a Navigator-as is needed here, its a noun which refers to role
Navigator of ships-you trained to navigate ships generally
i'm-strictly speaking I'm the i should be capitalised if it refers to oneself
up my second year-it belongs to you
or to be more correct I am coming to the end of my second year-however most English people would using phrasing such as finishing up
freshman-minor misspelling

Good for you! Be careful with long sentences. It's much easier to write grammatically correct sentences if they are short rather than longer with lots of commas. So, I mostly added punctuation to your publication and corrected some minor mistakes.
