Hello,
This is my preferred field, which I'm personally and professionally passionate about. Fortunately, the job description, requirement, and responsibilities of this specific position seem best aligned with my experience and interests.
I generally understand what you need to be done. We can get into more details if you'd like to do work with me.
I have tons of experience in Django/DRF. I've done a similar project like this in the past, so I don't think there would be any issues getting what you need done.
I am flexible and available just about any time you need me to work. I am also available most weekends, especially during the day.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Thank you!

Your title sounded really unnatural but I couldn't think of a way to fix it without changing the whole thing. Since this reads like an email sent for the purpose of applying for a job, I changed the title to reflect that.

It seems that this is a text written to try to secure a job. You would give a proper greeting using the recipient's name or title if you know it, not just say "Hello." Also, jumping right into talking about your interests instead of the project is not ideal.

Feedback
Overall, very minor mistakes. :) And if you ask me, you should send this unedited. Sure good English looks good, but it shouldn't be a deciding factor on the quality of your work since you're a developer. And I guess you work freelance, so you won't be able to get your sentences corrected every time you communicate with your clients. Plus your English is good enough :)
