My plan for the future

This sSummer, iI have planned dto ago travelling to Europae for three weeks.

“For” is used for periods of time. If you used “to” to express time, it would be in a case like “for four to six days”.
Adjectives always go before the noun in English.
Since you are talking about the future, you would add “will” to a lot of these sentences (for example “I stay” —> “I will stay”).


Optional: change “gastronomy” to “cuisine”. While gastronomy is right, it’s used mainly in more formal situations, and in everyday life a word like “cuisine” would be more common.

You need to have a subject like “I”.
Make sure to capitalise the names of monuments.
“Dive in” would be used where you don’t say anything afterwards (for example “Dive in!” or “I want to dive in”) but since you say “the rich history” after “dive in”, the “in” would change to “into” (as in “into (a place/thing)”
