oral = speaking but by just watching stuff you're mainly improving your listening skills so I feel like it makes more sense to say that's what you're improving here. You don't need to say "in this language" because you say English just before that. "TV shows" just felt more like something I'd actually say. (instead of "series")

In English the exclamation mark comes directly after the word (same as the period, question mark, etc.), so you have to remove the space there. It might be better to say "Thank you for reading!" or "Thanks for reading my post" or something like that.
