2. And yet again, another bathroom story

I was exactly four and a half years old and was at my grandparents for my holidays.

I remember very lvivingdly how it happened/what exactly happened.

One moment was I laughing uncarefullyree in the bathtub, and one second later was I covered with blood.

I had sliptped, then fell ahead and slapedforward and hit my face on the bathtub's floorottom of the bathtub.

My front teeth were still at their right place but nowintact but then started to movinge and they did hurthurt really badly.

They did not consider a simple bathtub accident as a reasongood enough reason to go to the doctor.

They simply told me to drink and eat well to regain stroengnessth.

My parents told me that they had learned of what happened atover the phone and then had forced my grandparents to drive/take me to the dentist.

Thisat was a good idea because I was starting to have a fever.

The dentist removed just two milk teeth, that eventually did grow upback again, and that stopped the infection.

I still have a soft spot for theose typical dry cakes, and really appreciate that I can find similar ones in any supermarket here in Germany.

However, their corners are tinier as the onesthan that of their french twinsversion.
