Recently, I've felt the need to do something just for me, something that combines tranquility, creativity and self-care. So, I decided to start a new hobby: cooking my own accompaniments for afternoon coffees.
I don't just want to make desserts; I want to create small recipes that reflect my approach to what I eat. I love choosing the ingredients carefully, avoiding processed products and using natural ingredients. I want each preparation to be a pleasant break in my day, a moment to enjoy and feel good about myself.
Perhaps I'll start with some oat cookies or a carrot cake, something easy to make but with intention. I believe that cooking in this way is another way to show love - to myself and to the people I share my coffees with.
PS: I'm a Master Chef TV show' fan. :D

It feels more natural re-stating that you are making it.

This was really good! My only complaint is that it was a little unclear whether you are following other people's recipes or creating your own (if you are that's really impressive).
So, I decided to start a new hobby: cooking my own accompaniments forto go with an afternoon coffees.
"for" doesn't feel like the right word to connect these two ideas. "accompany" literally means "to go with", so it sounds more natural this way. Accompaniment is a great word, but not very natural in a conversational setting. "cooking my own snacks to go with an afternoon coffee" sounds most natural and not as formal. Coffee does not need to be plural here (unless you drink multiple in the afternoon).
I don't just want to make desserts; I want to create small recipes that reflect my approach to what I eadiet.
"approach to what I eat" is a long way of saying "diet". It feels more natural and conversational to say this instead. Great use of the semicolon!!
Perhaps I'll start with some oatmeal cookies or a carrot cake, something easy to make but with intentiostill my own.
Usually, we call them "oatmeal cookies", not "oat cookies" (i.e. an oatmeal raisin cookie). "with intention" is alright, but feels vague. All cooking, passionate or not, is intentional. If you are referring to the personal fulfillment you feel when cooking, using "still my own" or "still with passion" implies your intimate connection and love for cooking.
I believe that cooking in this way is anotherlso a way to show love - to myself and to the people I share my coffees with.
Use "another" when you have already listed an unrelated method of loving. For example, "I show love by giving hugs, but I believe that cooking for others is another way to show love."

Great imagery and I love that I can feel your passion for cooking through the words you write! Your vocabulary regarding food is very advanced as well, just know when and how to use those words properly. Great work!!

When talking about hobbies, saying you “started” a new hobby sounds a tiny bit odd. We normally say we’re “trying new
hobbies” or “picking up new hobbies”.
I don't just want to make desserts; I want to create small recipes that reflect my approach to what I eadiet.
“My approach to what I eat” sounds very odd. You could drop the part of the sentence and just replace it with the word “diet”
I believe that cooking in this way is another way to show love - to myself and to the people I share my coffees with.
The word “my” is unnecessary
