My mother
My mother’s aging often makes me sad. She didn’t know where she lived and as well as the day and night. She needs a person to take care all the time and doesn’t allow us to leave her alone even for a minute. I am very sad about that, but I can do nothing for help. We will all have the day and can’t avoid it. We human beings are just little pitiful creatures. In many situations, we can do nothing but feel sad and helpless.

You haven’t indicated that this takes place in the past, by way of an indication of time or a statement that it is an example, so “doesn’t know” should be used.
Either “has lived” or “lives” makes the most sense to me. “Lived” is fine if you specify that you are referring to the past.
She needs a person to take care of her all the time, and doesn’t allow us towe can’t leave her alone even for a minute.
I am very sad about that, but I can do nothing for helpabout it.

Or: “That day will come to all of us, and we can’t avoid it.”

This adjective makes more sense to me, because “little” is more intrinsic to the description.
