My mother’s aging often makes me sad. She didn’t know where she lived and as well as the day and night. She needs a person to take care all the time and doesn’t allow us to leave her alone even for a minute. I am very sad about that, but I can do nothing for help. We will all have the day and can’t avoid it. We human beings are just little pitiful creatures. In many situations, we can do nothing but feel sad and helpless.
My mMother
My mother’s aging often makes me sad.
She didn’oesn't know where she lived and as well as or whether it is the day and night.
I changed "didn't" to "doesn't" in order to be consistent with the present tense in the rest of the passage.
She needs a person to take care of her all the time and doesn’t allow us to leave hercan't be left alone, even for a minute.
I am very sad about that, but I can do nothing forto help.
We will all have theat day and can’t avoid it.

Sad but well-written.

My mother’s aging often makes me sad.
She didoesn’t know where she has lived and as well as twhen it is day andor night.
You haven’t indicated that this takes place in the past, by way of an indication of time or a statement that it is an example, so “doesn’t know” should be used.
Either “has lived” or “lives” makes the most sense to me. “Lived” is fine if you specify that you are referring to the past.
She needs a person to take care of her all the time, and doesn’t allow us towe can’t leave her alone even for a minute.

We will all have theat day and can’t avoid it.
Or: “That day will come to all of us, and we can’t avoid it.”
We human beings are just little pitiful little creatures.
This adjective makes more sense to me, because “little” is more intrinsic to the description.
In many situations, we can do nothing but feel sad and helpless.

I wasn't sure whether this was the meaning you were going for. If you mean your mother can't tell which day it is, you could say: "She doesn't know where she lives or what day it is."

Well done for writing this piece.
It is difficult when our parents start to become less aware of things. I think your mother will be happy that you are spending time with her, though. I think that helps.
It's also a good thing that you can write about how you feel, so well done.
